Want to dive deeper into your yoga practice? Yoga was from the beginning taught one on one, Teacher and student. I can help you to take your yoga journey to the next level with my one to one private yoga classes which are completely tailored to your needs. Not all bodies are the same, as well as yoga practices. These sessions will help you to achieve your personal yoga goals. Even if it’s just one time to help with a certain position, or you want several classes to dive deeper into your practice. I encourage my students to slow down and to be present in the beautiful moment that is now.
